rotating phone que Nortle Meridian

Hello I have a nortel meridian phone system running X11 release 25. I'm trying to see if there is a way to setup a rotating que. I have 5 associates sitting in a call center and 5 people in accounting. each call center phone is currently setup to dial a ext in accounting to take calls. only 2-3 of the call center spots are manned each day so only 2-3 accounting people get calls. I was wanting to make one ext and program it to the call center phones so that when they hit it, it will randomly send it to one of the 5 accounting stations. Any ideas or know of any way to do this?

not sure what you are asking. You could put mcr keys on the accounting phones and the call center people can transfer the call to the mcr number which will ring on all the accountants phones.

mcr's are a poor mans acd, acd is what your looking for. if you need help setting one up let us know
