Rolling out a SQL application.

I have a few small SQL server based apps with VB and Access front ends. I was wanting to submit one or more to Microsoft to become a "Microsoft Certified Partner" formerly know as a "Solution Proivider".

Is there a program that can set up the SQL database and also install a VB app in a particular folder?
Then what about the desktop clients having Access to that VB app. I am at a real loss here.
