Howdy..
Just trying to see if there is a method to see which "personal Queues" are Built but not "attached" to a person's phone. (Sometimes my spare techs forget to remove the personal queue when outing the phone, thus leaving some stuff behind.) We use CME/Softphone to hopefully let some of yo uknow what I am talking about.
Mini Example. 6000 = DN 1000 = Pid 5000 = P Queue.
After this person leaves, the tech outs the phone thus the Pid and DN go bye bye... but the PQ stays...
When it comes time to rebuild a phone, I might not know that 5000 is free again to use doing a LUDN.
Thoughts?
Thank you
