ROA trouble

Been working on a recorded overflow announcement that all of a sudden quit working. The little digital announcer lost it's recording so I re-recorded it and now I can access it by dialing access code but when I get a second call to the 2250 console it just keeps ringing until they after it. I am attaching my programming. The only thing I noticed is when I try to out the ICI keys, it will not let me. I am thinking it's needs either a reboot or INI. Any ideas??? Maybe I am overlooking something. It's come in on route 2. Thanks.

as the first elimination

I will provide ran route and trunks when I can get back out to customer site.

Like I said it's been working, just all of a sudden quit. I am the only one that's does programming on it. I can dial the acod and get the announcement also.
