After a "fairly" recent upgrade to rls 7.0 (option 81) I'm suffering a bit from one way transmission.

Thought I'd double check all my cards to make sure nothings causing a conflict, but having no joy at all trying to find the hardware compatibility spreadsheet on the Avaya web site.

Anyone have a direct link to the file or know where I can find it ?

Many thanks

Wideboy

One way transmission on what? TDM phones, IP phones, trunk calls give us a little more info.

I have pretty much the same situation as this thread

Very random, across all loops, with all types of phones and trunks.

I'm pretty sure mines a network card/controller issue, but after spending a few hours writing down all my card model numbers (IDC and inv generate isn't working for me, get a net card error message)

I now can't download or even find the hardware compatibility list spreadsheet on the avaya site. I pretty sure it's going to be a few cards of an unsupported vintage thats causing the net/controller errors as a couple of the cards in this system appear to have been bought second user from Noah.

Google this and you will find what you are looking for
