As far as I know a standard 568-B on each end works fine. To the best of my knowledge, Cisco is the one who uses a rollover cable on the RJ-45 connection. I just attended a class on Extreme Switchgear, and they made it sound this simple. We could use the console port in the front or the RJ-45 in the back. No mention of a special cable was made.
