Ringing Pickup Group 1

Aside from having the ringing pickup button programmed onto a button on your phone unit, what is the code/number you can dial from your 500-set to do the equivalent pickup?

Maybe it starts with a "1"....? I don't remember.

A little coffee jump-started the old brain, and I remembered that dialing 13 will do a ringing pickup.

You may need to look at your FFC's Flexible Feature Codes
set-up on your switch in LD 57:-

REQ PRT
TYPE FFC
CUST X
(ALL) SHOWS ALL CODES SET
CODE PUDN
CODE PUGR
CODE PURN

These will show the Codes set-up

If SPRE=1 you can use 13 (spre+3)for ringin pickup.
