Ringing on Line Appearances

I have a customer that wants all line appearances to ring when they are on a call instead of the shot ring and flashing indicator. I do not think it can be done, but thought I would ask this group.

yes and know on 3.2 you can now diable , have immediate ring and also ring after a while on your CA keys, but definatly not LA keys, which incedently you cant have if using DDI's!!! [lightsaber]
