Recently they layed off the g3 administrator and bumped me up from tech. I have a ring from the loading dock to the front desk that doesnt work now. Can someone please explain to me how ringdowns are configured.
On the station form you will find a section labeled "Hot Line Destination"
You need to have the number you want the call to go to in an abreviated dial list. You then put the list number and dial code in the hot line spaces.
Actually I figured it out yesterday after a little more searching on the forums and some investigation in the switch. But thank you very much Bobg1. I now have the cables, prs, ports, and exts documented.
