Ring Down Lines 2

Not the ?D hotline functionality.

Any word on Ring Down Line support on the IPO? I am trying to find out if and when it is coming. Seems like we have had to steer multiple customers away from the IPO platform recently because these aren't supported. Anyone have a work-around? Or perhaps some skinny on when they are coming?

I have done this many times.

Choose a line Prefix for all ringdown lines [Eg. 83]
Give Each Line a Unique Apearnace ID
Place all Ringdown line in a unique group (in/out) [4]
Create a shortcode as follows
SC: 83
TN: .
LG: 4
FE: DialDirectHotline

Create Line Apearances Buttons for each RD Line.

Awesome! So just to clarify, these ARE ringdown lines coming from a provider right? A few years ago some of our guys tried everything to get them to work and they couldn't, nor could Avaya. But I notice that Dial Direct Hotline came available in 3.0, so I am thinking it was added after our fiasco.

Sorry to ask you to clarify further, but I am gun shy and really have no way to lab this out unfortunately. Oh, and here is star. THANKS!!

These are Ring Down Lines comming from Verizon. They ring down to stock brokers at various banks. If you hooked up a budset direct to the lines they ring down automatically.
