Ring back after ICM Page

Hi Guys,

I have a Partner ACS R6.0 with the new Avaya 18D euro style phones. I have programmed some buttons with the Auto Dial - ICM Page feature using the Partner ACS Admin Software. It seems limited to this one station but everytime she pages someone and then hangs up, the line rings back to you. At times, she will just page me and as soon as she hangs up, the phone starts ringing and Line one looks like it is ringing in. When I answer, I just get a dial tone. What's happening? Is it the way I have programmed this or something she is doing? Thanks.
 
Her phone's Auto Line Select is programmed to pick up Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, etc (which is default).

She's not pressing Intercom before she press the Auto Intercom button that reaches you at your extension.

Thus, she's picking up Line 1, and TRANSFERRING it to you.

Teach her to press Intercom first, or change her Auto Line Select to grab Intercom first to do it for her!!
 
Yup,
Try to set autoline select for the last line down to line one to minimise "glare". You can select intercom first, then the lines in reverse order.
