I'm no pro, but I do have RightFax with that gateway. I'd say 99.9% of our issues are with the server. I won't say 100%, but I've never had an issue with our gateway since it was installed 4 years ago. Since I'm the "phone guy", I let our IT guys pay their support partner when the server has issues.
