RH 9.0 Bind 9 broke my DNS

I had a simple DNS running Bind 8 under RH 8.0 and using Webmin. When I upgraded to Bind 9 my DNS will not run. I am not very skilled with Bind and am clueless what might have changed to make DNS go down. Any ideas?
