Does anyone know if Avaya has fixed the above-referenced issue with voicemail-to-email?
I am using IP Office 10.0.0.2.0 build 10 and VM Pro.
I've worked around the problem by setting up my own Postfix server/regex to escape the commas, but it's not ideal.
I opened up a ticket last year on this issue and Avaya was not interested in fixing the issue.
It would be great to know if it's fixed in a newer revision of IP Office 10 or 11 (or if there's a scripting work-around).
Thanks for any suggestions.
