Hi How to display on the report revision number or last saved date from file ->summary info (document properties) -> statistics

I was thinking to use modification date and time but the date and time are displaying when report run not a last saved time

You can show saved time, but if your are saving report with data, you can use date date and data time.

This is date and time data was extracted.

the report needs to be run from application i can not save with data. is any other option. We need to keep track of last update of the report

Modified date should work. When you first add it, date shown will be today as you have just modified it!

Try saving with modified date in report and then running again tomorrow should show todays date provided your appliaction does not cause the report to think it is being modified.

ie make sure save data with report is unchecked.
