I'm developing a costing database (Access 2002) and need to reverse a one to many relationship.
Here are the tables that are relevant to my question:
Quotes
Quote revisions
Products
A one to many relationship exists between (Quotes) and (Quote revisions) with quote revisions being on the many side. This is the way I want it because 1 quote can have many quote revisions. A one to many relationship also exists between (Quote revisions) and (Products) but quote revisions is on the many side. I want products on the many side because each quote revision could have many products in it. The products used in a quote will never be used in a different quote, but may be used in several quote revisions for a particular quote.
I know this is confusing, but if you can help out I'd appreciate it.
