We have a database of about 15,000 numbers and want to match them to names and addresses in a quick manner. What can we use? Is there a nice piece of software that can do this for us?

Well, you could use ASA and dump the stations out into a csv file.. then you could do lookups that way..

ASA? Not sure what that is. What are you referring to as stations?
Thanks for the reply

ASA is AVaya Site Adminster, a software program that can be used to access the pbx and voice mail. BuckWeet (IS/IT--Manageme) is saying that u can pull the names from the stations out of the pbx data base using ASA. Is that the names that u are referring to? Or is the extensions in the pbx the numbers that u are referring to?

I guess my question was misleading. We have a list of actual telephone numbers (public CO) that we would like to look up for the names and addresses.

Unless the numbers are in the Definty system or related call accounting system, U might want to post this in the general telephone discussion. And mention what kind of data base u have the information in. This might need to be posted in the data base discussion forum. The more information that u give the more likely that someone will understand ur problem and be able to help u.
