IS-IT--Management
Users of my mail server are having problems sending to and receiving from certain domains. They are receiving NDR's stating "Unable to deliver the message due to a communications failure", also "550 sender not verified"
I believe the issue is being caused by a reverse DNS issue.
The ISP that manages my domain does not support Reverse DNS Lookups.
Does anybody know if I can configure Exchange 5.5 to mask the fact that my ISP does not support this and therfore manage to be able to send email to these domains ?
If not, should I not be abloe to contact the companies whose domains I cannot email currently and have them add my domain to an acceptable list ?
Any help would be appreciated
