I am using Access 2000. I have a form that is built to input or select an account number. When that number is selected, the fields in the form are populated with the records asociated with that particular account number. My problem is that if an account number has more than one record aassociated with it, only one records shows up. If I want to see the next record, I have to navigate to the other records. Is there a way to make all of the records associated with this account number show up on the form? The way that I would like to see it is put in the account number and all records would list below the account number. I would not have to navigate through each record. I hope someone understands what I am trying to say. thank you.

Have you tried to play with a continuous form ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

No, I am going to read about it now. Do you think something like that would work in this situation?
