return selected field from a string grid

does anyone know the code that would return the selected row id from a string grid, from a click or double clik event on that grid ??????

TStringGrid.Row returns the selected Row.
TStringGrid.Col returns the selected Column.

The Cell you can get in the MouseDown or MouseUp event using the
TStringGrid.MouseToCell(X, Y: Integer; var ACol, ARow: Longint);
