Retrieving the COM class factory for component

I'm getting this error when running asp.net on vista business:

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005


on xp i went into dcomcnfg and changed the excel rights, but excel doesnt appear in Vista

any ideas what to do?

CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} relates to Excel on my Vista machine. Is your Vista an Upgrade of XP or clean installed? Have you searched for that number in your Registry?

Any help here?

Sounds like it may be a Permissions and Access problem?
