You need to program CID Logging for the extensions, associate the lines with the extension, and you can set ONE extension to retrieve ALL the numbers, whereas other extensions will only see the calls that they answered themselves.
You will also need to program a "Caller ID Call Logging & Dialing" button on the phone [Feature 23]. You use this button to view the log.
A "Caller ID Inspect" button [Feature 17] is also nice because it allows you to view the CID info on a second call - without disrupting the call you are on. I use that one a lot.
