Whats the best way to resitrict our agents from transferring calls to dailled numbers?

We currently restrict the Callmaster for all calls through the COR. The agent logon COR enables calls to be made. We need them to be able to call all numbers except on the restricted list for their COR but just not be able to transfer

Can anyone point me in the right direction?!?!

Hmmmm...... If you only give them one call appearance, they would never be able to transfer any calls.....

Thanks for your responses.

I need to give them more than 1 line appearance. As they need to test numbers while customers are on hold.

I have played with the COS but was still able to carry out the transfer.

Change System Features - sounds like it might be what i'm looking for. Am I right in thinking you then add Trunk to Trunk Transfer "y" in the COS for stations you want to be able to carry out these transfers?
