There are a group of phones on our campus that I do not want our agents to be able to log in to using the log in feature access code. Our code is currently set to 180. Is there any way to stop them from using the log in code to log in to those phones? I can't remove the access code because its used to log in at their workstations. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Josh

I have an idea....

sounds a bit fuzzy but here goes... use the TTI feature in conjunction with the login feature. with the station that is created. tell the people that they need to TTI the phones in (merge)before they login to the phone and to TTI the phones out (separate) when they leave.

if the people that cant login don't know how to TTI the phone in they can't use them

cheers J
