Restricted user -> give access for a single external call

Hi there,

is it possible to create something like this...

I have an restricted user who should be not able to do external calls.... but If he will call the Attendant or supervisor than the attendant should be able to let him make an external call...

Look for "Dial tone Transfer" in the Help files :-)
