Restricted Console/ATT for long distance...Help Please

We have an auth code system in our 81c. Basically someone has to enter their auth code after they enter the long distance phone number. Is there anyway we can do the same to the console / ATT. My boss asked me this because the operator can make long distance call and we can not monitor it. With auth code, we can know what departemtn we charge the billing to?

if you are using NARS or BARS, you can set a NCOS in the att_data block for restriction the operator.
Is neccesary dial authorization code for make a call in the attendat and after dial the telephone number.

We are using NARS and BARS. I set different NCOS for different phone base on their restiction. Yes, wwhat we need, the attendant will have to enter the auth code after she enter the long distcance. ex: 1-214-222-2222 + auth code. We do it in our regular phone, i just want to know if we can do it in the console like what i do in regular phone.
