restrict transfer to unique extensions

Is there a way I can restrict certain agents ID's to be able to transfer to only 3 extensions?
Or can I restrict station to only transfer to 3 extensions/VDN's?

Its been a while but if you give the agents a new COR that is only allowed to transfer/call another cor. This will work if you have different cor setup for each vdn or skill/split
