All employees have authorization codes for outbound calling. Is there a way to set it up so some of the employees can use their auth codes on any phone, but another group of employees can only use their codes on certain phones?
I don't think so. The way authorization codes are requested from the phone system when the phone does not have sufficient rights to make the call dialed. The authorization code used may or may not have sufficient rights, based on how it is assigned.
In this way, some auth codes can allow just long distance, but not international, while others will allow both.
