Does anyone know if there is a way to restrict a program (games) to only be able to run during selected times?

One thought would be to use permissions and the scheduler. You could create a local group and assign the group rights to the folders that game executables are in and remove all other rights. You could then create a job that adds everyone or some other group to the local group at a certain time and empty the group at another time. Obviously the machine would have to be on at the time specified for this to work although you could also set the scheduler to run a job on boot that checks the time and reacts accordingly. This is a little crude but depending on your goals it could be effective.
