Hi,

I think my RAS (Windows 2000 Server) is corrupt and have tried everything to get it up and going to no avail.

I have a backup of the Winnt folder, can I just simply restore it to a state prior to when it stopped working and it will all be fine again? or will it bring the server down?

Please help.

Thanks

Yes, you can do it , but only in case if you have a full System State backup also.

Thanks V,

I have already done it - it still did not solve my RAS problem.

What kind of Ras problem do you have?
