Restore Mailboxes from Information Store Backup

Does anybody know of a 3rd party program that will let you restore mailboxes/folders/single items from an information store backup using backup exec 9.1 or 10.0. I've seen them out there but can't find them and haven't heard anything about them.

I'm trying to keep from doing an information store backup and also a brick level backup.

the one i recommend to people is -

Though if you upgrade to exchange 2003, you don't need it, just restore the IS back to the recovery storage group and extract the email out of there.
