Restore Lotus Notes Single user Mailbox

Hi all, needs all advises.

I have 2 x servers, Backup Server and Domino Notes Server.

Backup Server :
1) BrightStor ARCserve Backup r11.1 (Build 3060)
2) Open Files Agent

Domino Notes Server:
1) Domino Notes Agent.(Not in the Domain, a stand-alone server in its own workgroup)

Yesterday, my big boss accidentally deleted all his mails from his inbox and therefore all his mails in the Lotus Server also deleted due to replication.

Now he wants to have all his mails back. I tried to restore by selecting the Database, but failed.

I have noticed that all the NSF files are not shown in the backup media althought I have selected them to backup. And the backup jobs are successful.

Pls advice me how to restore the mailbox.

First of all try patching up your installations - it is currently unpatched:

If you still have problems, please provide more specific details of the error you receive when trying to restore.

Please note, that if you have a database agent installed that the database files will be backed up in their own session separate to the filesystem backup, and that a flat-file backup of the database files is automatically excluded.
