Hi,

I would like to submit a restore job from a month old tape. But I don't see it from the source pan when I get into restore manager. I am using Arcserve2000 and I should be able to see what kind of data on each tape. How do I do this?

Hi,

The chances are if it's a month old the information for that tape has probably been pruned out of the database. Arcserve prunes records older than 30 days by default. You will have to remerge the tape first.
