Restore from Tape 2 only

Is it possible to restore data from tape 2 if you don't have tape1?
Every time we try a restore is asks for tape 1. Is there any way to get the data off?
Bexec 9.0 on Netware 6.5.

Nope, can't do it. The backup job probably 'overlapped' onto two tapes, so the beginning of the backup is on TAPE 1 along with header information.
