Hi,
Can anyone please help with this strange problem?
ARCserve 11.5 SP1, Windows 2003 SP1, HP LTO3 1/8 autoloader database on a remote SQL cluster all remote servers backed up through ARCserve agents 11.5 SP1.
GFS multiplex Backup completing fine. Database job options are "Record Detail" and Verification options are "None" as it's a Multiplexed job. No VSS options set.
When I go to do a "Restore by Session" or "Restore by Tree", there is one diretory on one server that doesn't show up to select. It's like it's missing. However if I do a restore by "Query" I can query a file or Directory in the missing directory and it will restore it just fine.
All other directories on that Volume are fine. There are no permission differences between the directories. I thouht this was database corruption so just to make sure I initialized the DB's but it made no difference.
Any ideas before I start the horrible task of contcating CA support?
TIA
Matt
