i have tsm server 4.2.1.7 and clientversion 5.15.
i backup a debian linux system with dsmc i.
which is the best way to recover the system after a crash.

first, install the OS again (hopefully from a tape or just CDs), then install the tsm client, and then run 'dsmc' and then 'restore'.

this is assuming you have dsm.opt and dsm.sys correctly.
