There are some performance white papers on IBM's web site. You Could Search for them.
As for specifics such as cpu, memory etc, i dont think i came accross any such document on MQ until now. So, you may be out of luck.
Why do you need that anyways. Also since you did not mention platform it would be hard to even guess.
