Resource kit tools

I am having master browser issues. I did a search through the forums for answers and found a good tip on how to fix this. The only problem is I don't have browsmon.exe, the tool that come with the w2k resource kit. I have an imcomplete resource kit and it isn't in there. What can I do?

send an email to Microsoft's resource kit department see if they can send you a tool CD
