well thats strange... Run 'list conf all' and see if the 02D carrier is there. You could also try to 'cha cir' to remove the 02D power supply.

Is this a new installation or has the system been in place for a while? With a date of 4/28 on that alarm I could guess either way.

On a new install it's easy to set a G650 to the wrong carrier. The carrier selector is located behind the fans on the back of the unit. With the power off, remove the fan assembly and look for a little PCB on the right side and make sure it's in the correct socket: A, B, C, D.

While you have the unit apart you may want to verify the TDM cable between cabinets, too.

On an older installation where this "magically" occurred there may have been at one time a carrier 2D that was physically removed but never completely removed from translations. If "list config all" as mentioned by phoneguy55 verifies there really is no carrier 02D then it's possible there's corruption in the translations. Avaya Tier 3 can verify that and correct.

While unlikely, verify any recent hardware changes (new circuit packs, for example) and remove the packs to examine the backplane for bent or missing pins. A short between pins can cause strange things. Again, really unlikely but not impossible.

Hope that helps.
