Resizing window

Hi,
I am making a web page that is made of tables. My background design has a fixed size of 800 X 600 pixels. Is there a way i can make my web page resizable so no matter what the size of the browser window is my webpage will fill the entire screen?

change table width from 800 pixels to 100%.
