Resizing a static image 1

Simple question but I don't know the answer...

I'm just inserting a picture into a report. It's a company logo, but it's a bit too big. I just want to proportionally resize it dy dragging a handle, but it doesn't do it proportionally. I've tried dragging with Crtl & other keys, but hasn't helped.

To resize the image proportionally you need to use us eteh format graphic options

Right Mouse click on the graphic -> format graphic -> picture menu and set the scaling values.
