Resize Outlook's Select Names dialog box

When using Outlook 2002, pressing To/Cc/Bcc will bring up the Select Names dialog box. My firm needs to have this window larger.

Microsoft has a little blurb in KB 317747 that this is possible by registry edit but the reg key is in hexadecimal.

Anyone know of a source or solution?
