is there a way to resize the handouts so that the slides are presented larger? and Without exporting them to word. These slides will have places for the notes as well.

gobraphil,

In powerpoint you:

- cannot make the handouts bigger
- can make the notes pages bigger (view > master > notes), then re-size the boxes for the slide and notes area.

To get even more control consider using a third party add-in such as the handout wizard at

On this same topic (rather than starting a new one), does anyone know why there is so much space around the slides when they are printed in handout mode? I don't need all the fancy features that HOW offers - I just wish the handout printing mode would use more of the page. Since I see that the answer is definitely no to the question of whether there's some way to resize the slides in the handout master, I am curious as to why the developers made them so small, with lots of white space around them. Any thoughts?
