I have a used Startalk Flash ver 1.9.00. It was working fine up until I needed to change the dn length from 4 to 3 to match my KSU. I decided to "reset" it by using the feature 983, press "1", REINSTALL, reset database "yes". It went to exit after this and I have not been able to connect to it at all after this. It just says "inactive feature" after pressing feature 983. I have rechecked all of my cables, reseated flash card, reseated other module and rebooted numerous times. I even physically moved it to different DN's and nothing happened. Please help!

Startalk Flash feature not active
Power down one more time, power up again. Let it run a good 5 minutes then try a F903 first. It should tell you your feature code range. Just say okay to it. Then do a F983. It might ask you for password instead of log. It is looking for 266344. Run through your configuration. Usually you just say ok or next to everything and let it set up.
Then you can do the normal feature 983 and log in as usual.
If that does not work try F**XFTEST to see if the Feature codes are there. Then do F 9*1 or F903.

Good Luck!!

You will indeed to do xftest. Clear all existing codes, then reboot/reinstall Flash.
