Hi all.

I would like to know how to reset IP at a remote site that would have failed over to a secondary server when the primary server comes back up.
Is there a command used?

Thank you.

In fact maybe just Monitor, SSA just reregisters them not resets them I think :)

Use monitor.
Go to status -> H.323 phones. Select the phones you want to reset and click on reset.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

SSA also restarts the IP phones, I use it to update firmware.

System -> H.323 Externsion -> Avaya IP Phones
Select all and hit Reregister

So amriddle01 was correct in the first answer =)

9.1 has now two options -> reset = reboot and reregister = don't reboot but reregister.
I wonder if both are there in SSA.
So i always use monitor to do this as i then also can see if they are back or not (on the SE a second monitor window to the primary server)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Thank you all. I went with the monitor.
