resetting a form, but leaving default fields in tact

sorry to be a pain, but when the macro resets the form, it also resets the default fields. is there a way to have it look for defaults and leave them there?
 
First of all, please return to your original post for these questions, as creating a new post (with no reference to the original) can create confusion.

Someone coming in and looking at this post will read:
