Use the default login credentials.
If that fails then connect a serial cable and use a terminal program with 38400,8,N,1
Then type AT-SECURITYRESETALL -> hit enter
When asked type the mac address shown in your screen and hit enter.
When it says OK then try it again with the default credentials.
