Require name of Referenced tables when we delete a record

Dear Programmers ;
If we delete a record and that is referenced in other tables as a foriegn key , I want to know the names of all the table in which that table is referenced. I have worked on it but it is still under way. I am using sysobjects & sysreference.
It will be more helpful , if the record also mentioned in which this record is being used.

Use sp_helpconstraint to determine the FOREIGN KEY constaints imposed on a table. The constraints contain the related tables.
