Hey all!!

I'm running a report that I've had no problems with before.. but now all of a sudden, the report is
printing to recoards per page.. and it's only supposed to be printing one..

I'm useing FoxPro 3.0, and can't seem to find anything about adding a 'page break'

any ideas of why this is happening?!

Thanks!!!!! =)

Just check the printer yo have set up. It may have the default page size set differently. If in doubt, delete the printer and add it in the WIndows OS. This could solve your problem.

Unless you tell it differently FoxPro will print as many detail records on a page as it can fit.

You can force a page break every record by using data grouping. Group the data on RECNO() and tell it to start each group on a new page.

Jim

Look under the Report bar of the menu for Data Grouping.

Jim

In the Data Grouping window under "Group expressions" type in RECNO(). Then check "Start each group on a new page".
