Reports: Need summery printed and page break

You are saying "Summary", but it sounds like you may mean "Group Footer". The Summary comes at the very end of the report; there wouldn't be any point in putting a page break there because the report is finished.<br>

To put a page break after each Group Footer, choose the Report menu, then Data Grouping, and check the box "Start each group on a new page".<br>
